What happens if Shopify, Stripe or a carrier API goes down?

Failed syncs are queued and retried automatically. Nothing is dropped, and anything that can't be processed shows up on an error list with the reason.

Can you integrate Odoo with our own software?

Yes. If it has an API, we build a connector against it. If it doesn't, we can sync through its database, file exports or a small API layer we build for it.

How much does an Odoo integration cost?

Installing and configuring a ready-made connector is the cheapest route. Custom integrations are quoted as a fixed price after we've mapped the data, and depend on the number of objects synced, sync direction and volume.

Do we need a particular Odoo plan for integrations?

Custom integrations use Odoo's external API. On Odoo's hosted plans, API access comes with the Custom plan at the time of writing. We confirm what your setup needs during scoping.
